Vincent Kwo

Vincent Kwo has held various high-profile positions in the insurance industry, including CEO of Gilbraltar BSN from 2011 to 2016, COO of MAA (now Zurich) in 2009 to 2010, CEO of AXA Life Malaysia from 2007 to 2009, CEO of Allianz Life Malaysia from 1996 to 2004, CFO of Aetna Insurance Malaysia from 1990 to 1996, and Chief Actuary for AIA Limited (Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia) from 1984 to 1990. Furthermore, he has held leadership roles in prominent industry organizations, including President of the Life Insurance Association of Malaysia (LIAM) from 2012 to 2015, Chairman of the Asean Insurance Council from 2013 to 2014, and President of the Malaysia Financial Planning Council from 2019 to 2023.

Million Lo

Million Lo, has over 25 years of practical experience advising high-networth individuals and business-owed families on wealth succession planning in Asian countries. His practice is centered on wealth succession, which encompasses all aspects of succession planning and estate administration. He offers free estate planning advice to the community and free wills to those who cannot afford to prepare their own wills. He has been invited to participate in a joint project with wellknown members of parliament in Malaysia to educate their constituents on the significance of estate planning and offer free willwriting services to the general public. He is also a certified Shariah RFP and an invited speaker for major financial institutions in China and Malaysia.

Steven See is the Founder and managing director of MyLegacyU. He currently holds directorships in several companies in Hong Kong and China. His involvement in the manufacturing industry and venture capital market spans a period of over 27 years. He possesses in-depth knowledge, skills, and expertise in all aspects of manufacturing and venture capital. He is responsible for the overall business development and formulating the group's strategic plans and policies.

Glory Khoo

With a wealth of experience in estate administration, Glory plays a pivotal role in managing and facilitating the complex processes associated with estate settlements. Over the years, Glory has successfully navigated through intricate legal and financial aspects, ensuring smooth probate procedures and efficient distribution of assets. His dedication to detail, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of estate laws, enables him to provide clients with tailored solutions and compassionate guidance during challenging times. Cathy Ho Yee Wen

She specializes in general litigation and mainly handles a board range of disputes, including, amongst others, debt recovery matters, defamation, corporate disputes, matrimonial matters, personal injury claims and probate and administration of estates. She represents clients to obtain grant of probate and letter of administration, advises executors and administrators in relation to their legal duties, facilitate the distribution of assets to the beneficiaries, as well as handles disputes relating to the administration of estates.

Robin Edward Perreire

Robin Edward Perreire obtained his LL.B (Honours) from University of London (External Programme). Subsequently he obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in March 2021. During his pupillage, he was exposed to both criminal and civil litigation proceedings. Throughout his practice he has been actively involved in litigation dealing with contentious and non-contentious legal matters, specializing in personal injury claims and civil general litigation.

Lim Xin Yi

Xin Yi's expertise spans civil litigation, criminal litigation, corporate legal matters, and conveyancing practices. Initially starting as a litigation lawyer, she handled various civil litigation cases such as contract disputes, family matters, and defamation. Presently, she oversees a broad spectrum of corporate and conveyancing matters, including sale and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, and loan documentation. Additionally, Xin Yi is involved in estate planning and administration, guiding clients through drafting wills and advising them on their roles and responsibilities as executors and beneficiaries.

Geron Shi

Geron Shi, the managing partner and founder of Guangdong Lanxi Law Firm, has more than 10 years of legal experience. He specializes in defending clients against criminal charges, particularly in financial and economic crimes. Additionally, Geron has specialized expertise in succession planning and drafting wills. As the managing partner, he also plays a key leadership role in the firm.

Hugh Song

David Cao

Kate Chen Qing

Kate Chen Qing is an Equity Partner at Beijing Yingke Law Firm (Wuhan Office) with extensive experience in litigation and non-litigation matters since 2006. Her practice focuses on commercial dispute resolution, corporate governance, and real estate, advising government bodies, state-owned enterprises, and private corporations.

In collaboration with MySuccession, she supports Chinese clients expanding into ASEAN, providing guidance on wealth succession and cross-border legal strategies. She has been recognized as a National Outstanding Young Leading Lawyer and serves as an Arbitrator at the Wuhan Arbitration Commission.

Zhong Yanhui

Wuhan, China
Zhong Yanhui is a member of the International Legal Affairs Department at Beijing Yingke (Wuhan) Law Firm, holding a Ph.D. in International Law from Wuhan University. With nearly 20 years of experience across international media, foreign-invested enterprises, and academia, she specializes in China–Southeast Asia economic cooperation, cross-border compliance, and corporate overseas expansion. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a certified Data Protection Officer (EXIN), with strong proficiency in GDPR and international data compliance.

Bernice Cheng

Messrs S.Y. Cheng Advocates was established in 2020, the founder Bernice Cheng has been in litigation practice since 2014 serving wide range of clients of various industries in Sarawak.

Over the years of her practice, Bernice has been advising individuals, families and businesses looking to protect their assets, structure their financial affairs and manage their wealth across generations.
