Cathy Ho Yee Wen
She specializes in general litigation and mainly handles a board range of disputes, including, amongst others, debt recovery matters, defamation, corporate disputes, matrimonial matters, personal injury claims and probate and administration of estates. She represents clients to obtain grant of probate and letter of administration, advises executors and administrators in relation to their legal duties, facilitate the distribution of assets to the beneficiaries, as well as handles disputes relating to the administration of estates.
Robin Edward Perreire
Robin Edward Perreire obtained his LL.B (Honours) from University of London (External Programme). Subsequently he obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in March 2021. During his pupillage, he was exposed to both criminal and civil litigation proceedings. Throughout his practice he has been actively involved in litigation dealing with contentious and non-contentious legal matters, specializing in personal injury claims and civil general litigation.
Lim Xin Yi
Xin Yi's expertise spans civil litigation, criminal litigation, corporate legal matters, and conveyancing practices. Initially starting as a litigation lawyer, she handled various civil litigation cases such as contract disputes, family matters, and defamation. Presently, she oversees a broad spectrum of corporate and conveyancing matters, including sale and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, and loan documentation. Additionally, Xin Yi is involved in estate planning and administration, guiding clients through drafting wills and advising them on their roles and responsibilities as executors and beneficiaries.

Zhong Yanhui is a member of the International Legal Affairs Department at Beijing Yingke (Wuhan) Law Firm, holding a Ph.D. in International Law from Wuhan University. With nearly 20 years of experience across international media, foreign-invested enterprises, and academia, she specializes in China–Southeast Asia economic cooperation, cross-border compliance, and corporate overseas expansion. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a certified Data Protection Officer (EXIN), with strong proficiency in GDPR and international data compliance.
Bernice Cheng
Messrs S.Y. Cheng Advocates was established in 2020, the founder Bernice Cheng has been in litigation practice since 2014 serving wide range of clients of various industries in Sarawak.
Over the years of her practice, Bernice has been advising individuals, families and businesses looking to protect their assets, structure their financial affairs and manage their wealth across generations.
